1. إِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ الْأَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا
99|1|When the earth is shaken with its quake.
2. وَأَخْرَجَتِ الْأَرْضُ أَثْقَالَهَا
99|2|And the earth brings out its loads.
3. وَقَالَ الْإِنْسَانُ مَا لَهَا
99|3|And man says, “What is the matter with it?”
4. يَوْمَئِذٍ تُحَدِّثُ أَخْبَارَهَا
99|4|On that Day, it will tell its tales.
5. بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَى لَهَا
99|5|For your Lord will have inspired it.
6. يَوْمَئِذٍ يَصْدُرُ النَّاسُ أَشْتَاتًا لِيُرَوْا أَعْمَالَهُمْ
99|6|On that Day, the people will emerge in droves, to be shown their works.
7. فَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًا يَرَهُ
99|7|Whoever has done an atom's weight of good will see it.
8. وَمَنْ يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ شَرًّا يَرَهُ
99|8|And whoever has done an atom's weight of evil will see it.
