Dua of Prophet Adam (AS)
Dua Translation
Our Lord! We have wronged ourselves. If You forgive us not, and bestow not upon us Your Mercy, we shall certainly be of the losers.
Who Made it?
Our Father Prophet Adam AS when he & our mother Hawa (AS) ate from the forbidden tree and realized by disobeying their lord, they have indeed wronged themselves.

Dua Translation
La ilaha illa Anta [none has the right to be worshiped but You (O Allah)], Glorified (and Exalted) are You [above all that (evil) they associate with You]. Truly, I have been of the wrong-doers.
Who Made it?
Prophet Younes (AS) in belly of the whale, when he realized there is no escape for him except by mercy of his Lord.
